Join the Allentown Economic Development Commission’s at their 2nd Annual Flogatta!
Saturday, July 6th at 12PM on Conine’s Millpond.
This FREE event takes place immediately following the Allentown Lions Club’s Annual Kids Fishing Tournament
Join us with your rowboat, canoe, kayak, paddle boat, raft or anything that floats. No motors, please. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative and most patriotic watercraft across a variety of age groups, including:
- Youth (3-12 years of age- also requires an adult on board),
- Teen (ages 13-17 years of age),
- and Adult (ages 18 and older).
This is a rain or shine event. Check-in and walk-up registrations will take place at 11AM at the boat launch in Dr. Farmer’s Park on Lakeview Drive.
What to expect!
At 12PM, the boat launch will take place. The parade of boats will begin at the Dr. Farmer’s boat launch across the millpond to the Pete Sensi Park dock and back again. Personal flotation devices must be worn by all participants.
